Contest Extension

Seeing as the contest would have been over May 8th, 2008 and I have...2 entries with a couple more pending, I've decided to extend the Duality contest until August 10th, 2008. People have been asking for an extension, and I believe this should give people more than enough time to complete what they would like to work on.

And so, there you have it, short and sweet. Now, get to work, I want to see those entries, folks!

Although I just heard back from the person running it and she said her judges might have a hard time with longer things, so I'm redoing it but really cutting the plot down. Hopefully it'll still impart the same message I wanted it to originally, it'll just suck in other ways since I can't do short stories.

How's the contest entry going? Inspiration still on vacation? That can be so inconvenient. I'm suffering the same thing right now. I was toying with the idea of entering the "tots and teens" contest, but the old brain has remained silent on the issue.

Maybe I'll make a stamp about that.

People are so annoying sometimes.

I'm working on it right now, but the judges don't want anything too long, so I have to pare it down as much as I can. Annoying, since I had everything planned out and was writing it, but oh well, I'll do my best. Good luck with doing yours, if you come up with something, I want to see.

No one's really entered my contest, so I was thinking of maybe an extension.

It'd be really cool if you could, thanks for considering it.

Hmmm, actually, an extension on the Oracle contest could be very nice for us--the collab with ShePaints is going very slowly. We're still exchanging notes and figuring out how to go about this. And our mutual computer problems are really slowing things down.
